Graphic Medicine joins Dana’s Book Collection

Books in the Graphic Medicine genre serve a useful resource role for the medical community. Telling stories and providing perspectives on medical and health topics and experiences, graphic medicine books give a fresh approach and new form of discourse.

Dana’s new collection covers topics like aging, Alzheimer’s, and memoirs. They are often auto-biographical and originate from a growing popularity in graphic novels by and for adults.

These new, fascinating books are available to be checked out and are located next to our periodicals at the back of the library. Learn more about graphic medicine in ‘Why “Graphic Medicine”?' by Dr. Ian Williams.
