Did you know that many of our most popular online resources can be accessed via phone or tablet through their mobile app? You can carry the Dana Library with you!
Check out Dana's mobile apps webpage for a curated list of Mobile Apps for Health Sciences. Most are available for iPhone/iPad and for Android.
UpToDate, VisualDx, and the Human Anatomy Atlas are all examples of apps that are included in our paid subscriptions. They are free to you. Since these are tied to the library subscription, you usually need to create an account to link you to us. Instructions for doing so are in the individual entries on the mobile apps page.
Calculate by QxMD, Choosing Wisely, and Medscape Mobile are free-to-everyone apps. Most of these can just be downloaded from your app store.
And many other tools (such as PubMed) will adapt themselves to your phone or tablet's smaller screen, so you don't need a stand-alone app. Just browse and go.
If you need technical support, check out the contact information on the mobile apps page. If you have questions about what's available, just Ask Dana!
