If you received a message from VisualDx saying that your access is going away soon, you can safely ignore it, if you are affiliated with UVM or the University of Vermont Health Network. The Libraries and the Health Network both subscribe to VisualDx.
For two years, the Vermont Department of Health's Clinician Support Initiative provided complimentary access to VisualDx for all health professionals (and students) in the state. Thank you! That program ended recently, and it's that access that is expiring. The Libraries and UVM Health Network have just picked up our paid subscriptions where we left off two years ago, so your access is safe.
Anyone at UVM can access VisualDx through the Libraries' website.
If you use the VisualDx Mobile App and use your @uvm.edu, @med.uvm.edu, or @uvmhealth.org e-mail address, it should just recognize you. You shouldn't need to do anything to keep your access after the complimentary access expires.
