The Dana Medical Library has several rooms to choose from and our Main Desk staff would be happy to reserve a room for you over the phone.
Large Group Study - Room 105 - Conference Room
Capacity: 12+ people
This Conference Room is ideal for a large group seeking a place to hold short-term collaborative study sessions. Room is equipped with a white board, power, Ethernet, the ability to connect a laptop to the LCD 40" screen with sound, one desktop with Windows 10, Office 2016, and USB flash drive port, and a table that seats 8 with additional capacity as the room allows. Preference is given to groups; individuals must give up the room if requested by a group.
You may schedule meetings for two hours at a time, up to two weeks in advance. Time may also be reserved on the same day by using the daily calendar posted on the Conference Room door.
Group Study - Room L120 F
Capacity: 5+ people
Room is equipped with a white board, power, and Ethernet access, a wall-mounted monitor with the ability to connect a laptop, and a table that seats 5 with additional capacity as the room allows.
Room F can only be reserved by a group (two or more people).
The room can be reserved on the day of use only. Come to the Main Desk to check out a key. You will need your UVM or UVM Medical Center ID. The group study room may be used for a period of two hours and renewed as long as the room is not reserved by someone else
Group Study - Rooms L120 C, D, and E
Capacity: 2-3 people
All rooms are equipped with a white board, power, and Ethernet access. Room E has a wall-mounted monitor with the ability to connect a laptop.
The small study rooms can be reserved on the day of use only. Come to the Main Desk to check out a key. You will need your UVM or UVM Medical Center ID. The group study rooms may be used for a period of two hours and renewed as long as the room is not reserved by someone else.
