This past year has been interesting, to say the least! The Dana Medical Library 2019/2020 Annual Report straddles pre-pandemic times and the plunge into Covid-19 operations. It gives a reflective view on library transitions, renewed resolve to serve patrons in a remote climate, and a shift in necessities as well as a look back at the library prior to the Covid-19 transition. We welcomed a new Director and said goodbye to a few faculty and staff members as they moved on to other endeavors. Most of all, I would like to thank our Interim Director at the time, Gary Atwood, for navigating us with a level head through this year of great change.
