The Vermont Department of Libraries is looking for input from all Vermont library users that would assist them in determining how they can improve services at libraries across Vermont. Every 5 years, each state in the nation is required to develop a five-year plan that outlines how it intends to use federal funding provided through the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) “Grants to States” program.
